Pollyena Music and Lessons aims to provide twp main services: 
1. Good faith educational services
      a. These services are to be tailored to client goals through collaboration with the
           instructor.
      b. Details of where and when services are to take place are determined case by
          case by case. However, it is up to both the client and instructor to communicate
          effectively when determining such details. In cases in which details are made
          reasonably clear and the client misses the appointment in without an attempt to 
          notify the instructor in a timely manner then the client remains responsible for
          the agreed upon financial burden. In cases in which details are made
          reasonably clear and the instructor misses the appointment without an attempt 
          to notify the client in a timely manner then the instructor remains responsible
          for the financial or instructional burden. 
      c. There are no guarantees of outcomes related to music instruction. 
  
 
2. An archive of artistic collaboration involving Pollyena. 
      a. Photos and Video sourced in collaboration with other artists will be tagged 
          appropriately.  
      b. It is in good faith that the artists who produced the images on this site be 
          contact if their work is taken from this site.
